Just tore down my 300g...what a pain #$@*!!! I have a few things I'm going to change up in the rebuild so selling off the extra parts. Also have some stuff I have been storing in my closet that I need to dump to help fund the build.

1 Reeflo Dart (AO Smith) $60 - This pump cranks out water like a champ but is very noisy in my living room. Sometimes it takes a minute to start when it's been turned off awhile, but always has fired up within a minute or so.

1 Reeflo Snapper (AO Smith) $40 - A lot quieter than the dart but still too loud for my living room. I tightened a pipe too much and cracked the top outlet a little. I just put a clamp on it and in the past year since it's been running 24/7 have had maybe a teaspoon of salt creep come out of it. Never had any problems with this pump just going submersible in the rebuild.

2 ARO 250w ballasts (older style) $65 each both for $120- Bought these used but basically brand new and never used them. Just found them in a box when I was cleaning my closet.

ATO full setup $100 - Includes 10 gal reservoir with all the plumbing to hook it straight up to a RO unit, MaxiJet 600 pump, and a float switch that goes in your sump.

Livestock

XL (5" or so) Sandsifting starfish $10
4" Powder Brown Tang $30
4" Dragon Goby $10

Will consider trades for some liverock (preferably dried out), Mag 18 or 24 pump....or shoot me an offer Just no frags/livestock, my frag tank is max'd out on space (and then some). Will post up a few pics later when I get a minute. PM is key.

Well, after tearing down my 300gal I've kind of made up my mind on selling it. Now that it's torn down, would be a perfect time to do it.

It's 8' X 2' X 30" acrylic with black acrylic sides and built in overflows. Needs a good cleaning though. It has a few small scratches but I was pretty careful when cleaning it. Comes with a custom stand/canopy, 75 gal sump (needs a thicker baffle for a fuge). All the plumbing, 1.5" and 2" PVC, gate valves, ball valves (seriously over $250 in PVC alone), a Reeflo Dart, and Reeflo Snapper. Pics are in my build, but I will post some on here soon.

No, I'm keeping my frag tank and makiing it into a shallow tidepool reef. I aquascaped some of it today and LOVE the way it looks and how you can look in the top :thumbsup:

After talking to the wife, I don't want to store the tank so willing to let it go for a no haggling price of $800. Comes with all the previous mentioned stuff. I probably have that much invested in just the wood and PVC.

You mean the sticker on the front or the screen itself? To tell you the truth I bought it and messed with it for maybe an hour but couldn't figure out how to link it with the DC8 so never used it LOL The sticker over the front is blue and if I remember right, the screen was blue as well but I'll have to plug it in and check it.

5 year old Live Rock, mixed with some dead SPS :lol: Plenty of life on them... small/medium pieces 1/2 my sump is CRAMMED with it....$60 for all of the rock in my sump!! Some has zoas, mushrooms on them. Pics in my frag tank build, I'll try and get better ones later.
