They've gotta be big enough that my betta doesn't go after them. They can't be cuc eaters either.

I have but they only show where the fish are collected. Some fish can be found in Fiji that aren't collected there. Those might be what I'm looking for.

I too have made a Fiji tank. I was lucky enough to get the (uncured) rock in my tank 2 days after it was picked from Fiji. The cycle lasted all of four days!

Anyway, that aside, my stock list is as follows:
1 pair of pistol shrimps
1 pair of coral banded shrimps
6 cleaner shrimps
1 bubble tip 'nem (still to be added)
1 derasa clam (still to be added)
A handful of snails, including nassarius

1 lawmmower blenny
1 yellow tang
1 pair of percula clowns
4 firefish
1 pair of coral beauties
1 pair of randall's gobies (still to be added)
4 mccosker's wrasse (still to be added)

The tank is 5x2x2 with a 3' sump.

Have a look at WoRMS (world register of marine species). That is where I've done most of my research.
