In my mixed 1000ltr reef setup, amongst other fish/inverts I have a large Coral banded shrimp - Stenopus hispidus. He hasn't managed to eat any of my inhabitancies, except for all of the peppermint shrimps - Lysmata wurdemanni .
I am acclimatising a sexed pair of matted filefish - reichthys tomentosus. They are only 4cm long. My question is.......is it possible that the shrimp (who is 4 times the size) might succeed to kill/eat these filefish ?
