I have a three year old tassled filefish who recently began showing signs of swelling on his upper lip. Over the past five days the swelling has gotten worse and he has stopped eating. The swelling isn't be red except for one corner of his mouth. I have been doing large water changes(50 gallons in a 200 gallon system), am running carbon in a reactor and add Selcon to the water, but there has been no visible improvement. The fish attempted to eat some live blackworms today, but appeared unable to close his mouth enough to ingest the worm. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
