Filling the tanks

I've been working the past few months on assembling my system. Well, I have it all just about together. Here's the detail:

100 gallon stock tub sump in basement
75 gallon RR fuge in the family room (secondary display)
150 gallon RR main display in the living room upstairs
2 x 250w hamilton 14k w/dual galaxy ballast
2 x VHO PFO
Pan world return pump
Octopus DNW200 skimmer
Reefkeeper 2
Lots of other stuff....

Anyway, my question at this point is how do I go about filling this system? Do I run RODI water into the sump 100 gallons at a time and use the return pump to fill the displays? When should I add the salt? Should I run the water first and add salt later? Shall I go ahead and put the sand and marco rocks into the tanks before filling? Here are some long awaited pics:

I would add water to the display tank and let it overflow into your sump and refugium. Circulate the water, get it up to temp and add your salt.
