Fin hole, need to worry?

Just picked this lovey lady up (and no I have no idea if it's a male of female, so if you know please correct me as o have just chosen to call her a her) and she has a tiny pin hole in her dorsal fin. While I know a hole like that can be caused from many things wondering if I should proactive my treat her with anything while in QT, just watch it as she show a no other signs of any distress, or what. Any and all advice is welcome, thanks!
