Fin Rot?

At first I thought it was cauliflower disease, but now the fin is starting to deteriorate. I got this fish about 4 weeks ago, hes had bit of a rough time with my damsel, but he seems to have gotten over it now. This white stuff just appeared yesterday.

First, I'd get rid of the damsel. These are pretty little fish that many people start with; then they discover what little monsters they are. Most damsels only belong in in a tank with fish that will eat them, IMO.

Second, a pic would really help; the fin could be a wound, bacterial or fungal. If you can't do a pic; describe the wound. Oozing? Fuzzy or cottony? Getting worse? etc.

IME the ultimate treatment for fin rot is triple sulfa

Ok, yeah I knew the damsel was a not nice fish lol. I bought the tank established and he came with it. The problem is finding someone too take it :/...I can't find out how to upload the pic so I shall describe it. Yesterday it was white "stuff" all over the pectoral fin. Today it the fin has been taken down about a quarter inch and a small but of white "stuff" around the edges. The tang looks great besides this and eats really well. I feed him garlic soaked nori, flakes and brine as a treat occasionally.
