Fin Rot??

I bought a Wantanabi Angel 2 weeks ago. Since then she has developed white spots on the edges of some fins. This is not ich. Her body is entirely clear of spots. I know these angels are susseptible to disease, just wondering if anyone knows. Also to note, she is eating like a pig and shows no signs of slowing down.

Is this something my cleaners will pick off?

it looks like lymphicystis (sorry for spelling). i always use a clean razor blade and scrap it off.
