So, framing of house has finished. I am working with local "fish tank" company and have decided on:

Peninsula Tank in main entry 72" x 30.5"w x 30"h
"Normal" rimless tank in basement 72" x 24"w x 30"h

with two 200 gallon sump tanks

redundant tank pumps and two 160 gallon stackable water tanks for RO and auto Salt Changes in basement utility room

Pretty excited.

Not sure what I am going to do with my current Red Sea 250

Those dimensions seem HUGE! How many gallons are each of those.... What's your timeline?

The main entrance tank is 285 gallons and the basement tank is 225 gallons.

The sumps are 198 gallons each (but of course, they won't be completely full).

I hope to have the house finished in April of next year, they are plumbing both tanks this coming week. Not 100% sure when the tanks will be made and then delivered.

Changed the basement to 7 feet x 39 inches (wide) x 30 inches (high) - so roughly a 295 gallons (assuming 2 inches from the top fill line).
