Finally got my Mystery wrasse

Was just passing by tropical reef in Taravel and came upon 2 mystery wrasses.. I ended up getting the smaller one out of the 2. Was for only 1/2 of what everyone else was charging.. There still one more there.. I was able to put it with a Red Lined Wrasse, Blue sided wrasse..

Got a Lubbocks as well today but did not make it to even the acclimation bucket. But the owner of the LFS I got him from was gratious enough to get me another one. ( wasn't looking good once it was in the bag )..

Only got the Lineatus, Labouti, blue filament flasher and McCoskers

The chase is on to complete my wrasse list...

depending on which fish store you go to. They can be anywhere from $100-$200. So 1/2 of a $100 or $200?? ..

I got it for $100.. I had the choice of the bigger one or the smaller of the 2... decided to got with the smaller to give the lesser aggressive wrasses a chance against the mystery. As I have heard that once larger.. they get aggressive.

I want to give my future wrasses like the Labouti, Lineatus, flasher and filament flashers a chance once the get into the tank.

Aquatic Bliss I believe has a 3" Mystery for $100 as well, but thats already too large for my liking..

$100 is a good price. Most store down here sell them for $175 for a little tiny one.

Charles, you saw how fat my mystery is, and it is chased by my hippo all the time, and it hide most of the time when the hippo is out. I never see it bothering any fish in my tank, including the tiny firefish (my firefish is not afraid of anybody, including the 6 line), even though I believe it ate two fire shrimps and two skunk shrimps (who said the mystery is cheap?). I need a more aggressive mystery.

I got a very aggressive red line wrasse that I had to temporarily banish in my QT.. till he forgets how the main tank looks.. so when I place him back it will be all new to him and he wouldn't be so agro on the new comers...:idea:

I got a nice lubbocks today.. right off the bag that it came from the vendor, didn't look good from the outset,and it didn't make it to my acclimatation bucket...:sad1: but at least Chris said he would just give me another one to replace it next week... It was really cool of him. (Aquatic Central ).

But at least the Blue sided wrasse that's currently there is getting along with the new mystery wrasse.

Hopefully that goes well with the other wrasses I plan to put there..

I got a chance to see Charle's wrasses today. still can't believe someone would pay $200 for that damm little fish
