Finally my elegance is coming around.

I've had this guy for about a month. Outside of the first day he has just been going downhill. I think although he was under the same lights at the fish store mine were just a bit to much which also resulted in a loss of color on the Oral disc. Inputs or thoughts will be appreciated but I think I've finally made it happy. It's going to stay under the shade until all of it's color is back I believe if I move it now he will go downhill again because of how much pigment he's lost.
When I frost got it before it went downhill so you can see the color loss. Also I don't think he liked being perched on the rock.

Today. I know he doesn't look quite as good but as I mentioned this is only the second day he's completely inflated again. He looked REALLY looked bad.

looks great in both pics. it got a little smaller but almost looks like it got more purple!

Ya it has gotten smaller I assume just due to the fact that it was so unhappy. Now that he is spreading back out I assume he will get his green pigment back. I believe the dark color has to again do with him being unhappy. I read in another post where elegancecoral responded to the color of someone else's oral disks being dark and he said be very careful with exposing it to to much light because when they are dark like that u can kill them if u take them out of the shade. Correct me if I'm wrong.
