Well I have had this black and white clown for over a week now and everything is going real well with it. today i brought home this awesome purple with green tips bta that i got from custom reef creations and an ora black ice clown.
black and white clown is already hosting in the nem and hopefully the two clowns will pair up.

this is the first fish i've been able to introduce without losing in months. looks like i finally got things going my way.

so far no aggression between them but I know that could change. I do have 2 nems so maybe I can convince the crab to go to the other one.

I'm afraid I ended up with two female clowns. A little bit of aggression towards each other but nothing to worry about yet. If they don't get along soon I will try to find an unsexed black and white to trade the other for. Hopefully this won't be the case but I am watching them closely.

Give them some time to adjust, most likely you have 2 juveniles. if they are under 3" in length. If for some strange reason you really have 2 females I have a juvenile B&W that is in with my mated pair.

I went to custome reef to see if they had another anemone like the one u had but nope... Very nice color... Can u take another picture of it fully open.

Very jealous.. :-)

it is fully open but it has stayed in that cave so far. i assume trying to get adjusted to my led lights. if it comes out i'll get a better pic of it. the aggression between the clowns has subsided a bit but the black and white seems to have been kicked out of the anemone. hopefully they will work things out. if the nem ever splits i will trade or sell the clone.

I know that purple and green tip anemone. It is an awesome piece, and with time, will get very large, and does have a tendency to split. Glad to see it went to a good home, and hope you have luck getting the clowns to settle down.

The aggression between the clowns seems to be less everyday. both clowns are sharing the nem at night. I also got a little lawnmower blenny and it is doing very well so far. hopefully i can get it to eat prepared foods or nori sheets so it continues to get enough to eat. he's a very cool fish. they look like grumpy old men

Don't worry what sex they are... One will morph to the opposite sex in time. I read that somewhere... Usually the bigger one will be female.
