Is that JUST a MH reflector, i've never seen it before...does it have a ballast in it? If it's just like a plug and play 250 MH, i'll DEFINITELY take it!

The reflector is only a reflector. You still need a ballast and bulb.

How much time is on the reeflux bulbs?

I know they're burned in, so I'm tempted to try them again since they'll be less blue, but still blue.
