On 6/17 I purchased a FI-MTG-2402Q2 30 Gallon M-Tank - Glass w/refuge - 250w Halide Lighting. Last night my T5 actinics stopped working. It doesn't appear to be an issue with the bulbs, more like the T5 ballast. What do I need to do to get a replacement? Who do I need to contact? Any help you can provide will be appreciated.

I've emailed Finnex and am working with Ron on the problem. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with their customer service. He has been in constant contact with me throughout the day. So glad I went with a Finnex tank! :-) Hopefully I can get this resolved fast.

on thing i can say about finnex is they answer fast and have always been there to help they make a good product and back it up
you can email the owner and he will do what ever it takes to makes things right for you.
to bad more companys arent like that
and more people need to go to some of the smaller companys to get there stuff. they seem to better at customer service then most of the larger companys .
