Can anyone tell me how often they shed? I've only had mine for a week and he shed his exoskeleton.

I suppose this means he's healthy. I've read the iodine has to be right in your water for this to happen. I haven't tested it, but I guess there is enough iodine in the salt mix.

He seems fine.

I'm not sure, but mine molted pretty frequently when it was added to my tank 4 months ago. If I can recall correctly, roughly every 2 weeksfor the first 2 months. It now seems to molt every month now.

they usually molt when you add them to a tank but usually around once a month
