Firefish Intimidating LMB?

I introduced my LMB into my 125 before a purple firefish. Prior to that my LMB could be seen moving from rock to rock, perching and feeding. After I introduced the purple firefish 3" long (which is the boldest fish in my system, swims about in the open water). My LMB is not seen too often anymore. Is it reasonable that the firefish has intimidated him, thus making him less social?
