Firmware problem.. HELP PLEASE

i have the PII EX had 4.04 firmware.. i then updated to 4.08.. worked fine.. then i thought ok the newest version. 5.04 or whatever it is... and thats when i created my problem..it never finished in the install and created a problem and now i can't connect to the controller anymore.. now what help please ASAP tank is sitting still... i can't find instructions on how to do the firmware update..

ok i reset the controller by unpluging it and i can connect with 4.08.. how do i do the next update?

ok fixed it all.... running the most recent firmware now 5.05
