First and Last Order

I spent a good part of yesterday figuring out what I needed for my lighting. Being it is an emergency and the 2 companies I usually use were out of stock I gave your company a chance.
I spoke (phone) to your sales rep for about 10 minutes before actually placing the order, in this time he told me I'd receive a confirmation email regarding this order and it if I paid the additional charge it would be overnighted.
I'm really happy I didn't order fish or corals from you because they'd be dead by now in this heat. I'm still awaiting my delivery which is now 5 hours past due, and my confirmation email from 26 hours ago... I did take note however that you had no problem charging my cc immediately after placing the order... I won't be using your company again.

I am sorry you did not receive your order when you wanted it. If you PM or email me your order number or name, I will look into it for you. Sadly, we have almost no control over your order once UPS or Fedex picks it up from our location. The vast majority of our customers are very happy with the speed in which we get our orders shipped. Most orders placed before 3PM pacific time are shipped the same day.
