first problem with Marine Depot and they cleared it right up

Ordered some chemicals along with my Tunze magnets, and two of the 64 oz bottles came cracked so i had two bags full of liquid (thank god for the bags around the bottles) called and talked to Wayne and they are shipping two new bottles right now.

Not THATS customer service. Didnt even give me a change to go off LOL

Thanks Marine Depot! You got a loyal custoer from now on!

I had a similar experience some time ago where UPS had "abused" the shipping box and punctured one of the chemical bottles (but then again that is why MD puts them into those plastic bags for shipping ). I called MD up after checking the rest of the shipment, identified 1 other item that had been damaged and they immediately shipped out replacements. I was blown away by their attention to customer service.

That was one of my first orders with them, almost a year ago, since then I order almost exclusively from MD (not to mention that they typically have the best prices on the net for most items).
