First Reef 65 gallon

apologies for multiple posts, I wasn't sure how to upload my images.

First pic if my initial build, with 20 gallon sump, rio four hundred and something GPH return pump, two jebao rw 8 power heads, sc protein skimmer

the next two posts are corals I stocked while the tank was fallow for 12 weeks, early on I foolishly picked up a tang from pet smart and didn't quarantine it. My DT had an outbreak of velvet I think, that killed two clarkiis and a fire fish goby in short order.

after the fallow period I started to stock my tank and quickly decided I wanted to up grade my skimmer and re design my sump. My new skimmer is a Reef Octopus Classic 150EXT 6” Recirculating Protein Skimmer, and my new sump is a 29 gallon that i had 1/4 baffles cut for

skimmer and sump is unfortunately fed from a overflow box. My biggest regret is not drilling my tank. over flow is a eshopps pf 1000

heres my return manifold that feeds my two reactors, carbon and GFO, I'm thinking about adding a ATS

skimmate collection container with float switch

sump installed

The pictures should be showing up now.

Very pretty, but (not to rain on your parade) the tangs are not suitable for a 65 gallon tank.

thanks very much, Like everyone else with tangs in a under sized tank I'm planning something bigger already but if its not ready in time I have a friend with a 200 mixed reef willing to house the blue hippo.
