First time posting pics in own thread

I've been practising taking coral pics (cos I'm really bad). Wondering what you guys think. Any tips?

All taken with a Canon EOS 300D (I think you guys call it a Rebel in the US) with standard kit lense.

Many thanks for the kind comment. This is the first time in 2.5 years I've had coral pictures worth posting and it took me all afternoon yesterday. Fish I can do fine, but corals usually defeat me

Ha! I'm just the opposite. These are nice shots. Looking for something to improve? The shots are probably a little overexposed, causing some blown-out areas. That's an easy fix, though, so you're doing great!
