Well at least my first try in a indoor show with my new camera. Concert was The Drive-By Truckers, 1/16/2010. Amazing band, definitely one of my favorites.

My favorite- Patterson during the encore "People Who Died" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wj8YxEqnGWM

nice images. Tough in low light like that. What gear are you using? Looks like you were pretty close to the stage too.

I have a Canon 40D and with my sigma 28-80mm lense. I wish I had a better lense for it, but that will be my next purchase. I was right up against the stage, so it made my life much easier. I'm going to take my camera to another show in a couple weeks- any tips?

That style of shooting is definately not my thing. I'd say you did a great job as it was. My only comment would be no to overdo the rotated framing thing. It's cool, but I wouldn't want every shot to be that way.

Yeah, the problem with that was being in a tight spot, not being able to move so I had to work around the mike stands. It's definitely difficult when you only have a 1x1 foot area to work in.
