First Tunze Stream

Hi all...
I just installed my first Tunze Stream 6000 w/ Multicontroler (Only 1 pump right now) I will buy another shortly, along with the magnet mounts. Is it OK to run the one pump on Pulse mode to alternate the flow? Or will this damage the pump, revving it up and down like that.

Any one have any photos of the Tunze Deco Rock Cover, used in there tanks? Price is a little steep I think, but hey if it looks good! Is it heavy, like a REAL rock or what? What is it made of?

May I also suggest that Tunze make there manual a little more descriptive with BIGGER pictures as to the way the pumps mounting and assembly are to be done. :)

Roger can answer the pluse question.

In a 75 gal the deco rock isn't going to work too well. It just isn't wide enough to place them in a nice postion. I had 2 of them in a 110 gal and had to sell them. They are mad of a plaster material.

The Stream Rock is ceramic, it is completely inert material. As Brewboy said, the rock is kind of big, it has to be to accomodate the intake requirements and be thick enough to not break. It is 10 by 6 by 6 inches.

The controller can do nothing to harm the pumps, it works with the controller to control start up and ensure safe operation and you can use any of the features without worry.
