So here is my delima. I have a 150 with a sump and 25 gallon refugium. I have tons of flow, light, rock, caves, and have my coral set up almost how I want it. I have added some of the fish I want. I just dont know were to go from here.

Currently I have
-Mated Pair of perculas
-Yellow Tang
-Kole Tang
-Hippo Tang
-Gramma Basset
-2 Yellow Clown Gobies
-Fire Fish
-8 Blue/Green Chromis

I originally hoped to house a pair of manderins but have realized that qt would be very difficult and every fish I have will have to go through QT no ?'s asked. I have set up a ten gallon a month ago with a 5gallon pod refugium that I plan on to re-supply with pods to feed the manderin for the 2 months in qt. I don't plan on attempting this within another 6 months. I want the best for my fish so I want the tank to mature past the 1.5 year mark.

I have bristle worms, and well I don't mind them.... but I feel that there are almost too many now. First thing that comes to mind is wrasse.

If I get a scarlet wrasse to hunt down those bristle-worms is that going to cause a problem when I want my mandarins. Would a single Mandarin have problems if I have a wrasse in the tank.

Is there another fish that is reef safe that eats bristle worms?

Is there a wrasse that is better fitted for the reef than the scarlet?

And finally does anyone have any suggestions as to another good edition to the tank. I had though Anthia's but they seem to die within 2 years.

I like friendly non aggressive fish. All of my fish hang with each other as it is since they got to know each other in the qt tank.

Thanks for any replies.

do they eat bristle worms? that thread looks really nice. I could get a red flame wrasse from hawaii for a really good deal right now.

My main concern is if it will eat bristleworms and be ok with a manderin.

I can also get a scarlet for a great deal. I know that eats brisleworms but..... im pretty sure it also eats what the manderin does.

thanks for the input.
