Fish breeders

Is there anybody local to Sac who breed saltwater fish? I have been reading through the posts on the breeders forum, and there is a lot of stuff that is just over my head. I figured if somebody was to be doing it locally, I might ask you a couple questions on how to get started.

I have bred and raised freshwater fish for awhile, but I really want to breed saltwater.

Like clownfish? I think a few local reefers have dabbled in the art, but unless you have a lot of time to dedicate to it, its rather difficult.

I am not aware of any local commercial breeding myself(like ORA and the sort).
