Fish compatability

Hello all I have a BioCube 29 and 10gal holding tank for Corals with one fish in it. I have a tailspot blenny in my 10 gal tank and he loves it. However I wanted to put it in 29Gal Tank because I feel I might have to tear down my 10 gal tank. I was told by a LFS that if i wanted a yellow watchman goby or a jawfish that I can't put a Blenny in the tank because they won't get a long. I also have a black capped basslet in my biocube.

Question is.... Am I going to run into a problem?

I think that might be a probem because they compete for the same food and hang out in the same areas. They are equally cool fish!
