Fish Constantly at Blood Shrimp

Hey Everyone! Hope you all are having a good holiday season so far.

All of my fish are frequently visiting the blood shrimp for a cleaning. Sometimes they appear to be waiting in line. There are no specific signs of external parasites, appetite is very good, breathing appears normal, and general behavior has not changed. One anthias appears to have slight skin irritation where it looks rough. This is also the fish that is constantly visiting the shrimp. This has been going on for a while, and I'm probably being paranoid, but figure better ask now, rather than posting after all the fish are dead :)

I've read all the articles and posts on marine velvet and ich, but I'm also wondering if there are other parasites that might cause the fish to frequent the cleaner shrimp, but not causing any other obvious symptoms.

Any advice or suggestions would be welcome!

Conditions:
180g display with 190 gallons total water in system including external refugium.

16 fish total. 3 tangs, 2 angels, 6 anthias, 1 cardinal, 1 chromis, 2 clownfish, 1 diamond gobe.

Water Parameters within proper range, with Nitrate running around 4ppm. No PO4, Ammonia, nitrite, etc... Salinity 1.026

Recent Environment Changes:
Added the 6 anthias and one tang about three weeks ago after a 4 week quarantine.

Had a nitrate spike to about 20ppm shortly after a mandarin went missing. Lost large ridge leather coral immediately after the nitrate spike. No other LPS or SPS corals were lost.

Thanks in advance!

Hard to tell from your description, a picture would help. Fish constantly visiting a shrimp isn't a reassuring sign.

That is right. It is normally the first behavioral indication that they have contracted a parasite such as ich or velvet.
