Fish cycle help

So I am treating my DT with Chloroquine phosphate. My question is if I remove all my sand and live rock and quarantine them, then is there enough bacteria growing on my walls powerheads ect to handle my fish? The tank has been up 6 months. Thanks

I don't get it. Why aren't you quarantining your fish, rather than the live rock, sand, and corals?

I got a pretty big bioload. And it would be easier to just remove the rock and sand. I already removed all the sand. Just debating on the rock as well. Then I would quarantine the rock.

You want to remove all of the rock & sand from a tank that you are about to add a large number of fish to?

The fish were in there and has been going for six months. It's really just live rock being removed. There is no sand. So will removing the live rock and then a adding a song that I could seed be able to handle the ammonia and nitrite?
