Fish died

My False clown died today 16 days after I bought it. I know your site says 14 days but I was wondering if anything can be done?
I also baught another one as well which is fine and a pink spotted watchman goby it's also fine. At the same time I purchased a clean up crew they are fine. I followed the acclimation procedure to a tee. Thankyou! I have always bought from you guys, I not mad things happen..
