Fish dying. What is it?

Got some new fish in couple months ago since then I've lost some of my established fish including a Firefish, a pajama cardinal and a purple pseudochromis. I believe the emperor angel I got is the culprit. He is alive and acting normal still at this point but is showing signs of pretty severe infection from some sort of parasite. His eyes and clear parts of his fins are cloudy looking and you can see dull spots in his colors where the parasites have exited. Believing it was flukes I have tried two doses of prazipro and have had no effect. Pretty certain it's not ich. I never saw any raised white bumps . Suggestions for what he's infected with and another medication?
