Thanks, I have 2-Hydor Koralia Evolution Powerhead 1050 gph, one on each end of the tank, is this too much or not? I place them at middle of the tank height. As for place for them to hide, I only have dry rocks. I was thinking of Anemone but my tank is not ready for anemone or coral, I just set it up for 2 months. I want to wait for a years to get the water stable before I can add anemone or coral.

It sounds like you have good water movement and some hiding places, so I would just give them some time to settle in.
Another possibility is that they have some sort of parasite or disease that is hindering their breathing, so they are hanging near the surface. Do you notice any white spots on the fish (particularly their gills) or other signs of distress?

When I turn the powerhead off they swim around. Maybe they a little stress when I turn the powerhead on. They are not hanging near the surface anymore. They hanging 1/2 or 3/4 way down. I am worry now that it seem like they don't eating anything I gave them. I gave them flate and mysis shrimp, they eat and spit it out.

My clownfish have resided in the corner of my 120 gallon for almost 2 years now... they move out of the corner to feed but just go right back to that spot.
I would also not get the damsels, or tangs. What about a nice wrasse or two? Those are my favorite. The yellow canary wrasse is very active, colorful, and relatively inexpensive.

What is your clownfish eat? Mine don't eat anything I feed them.
