Fish Food....

Hello...

I was trying to figure out what I should feed my fish....I was looking at getting the Prime Reef Flakes (Ocean Nutrition). This looks like this would be something that most fish would eat.

I still haven't gotten any fish yet so I don't know exactly what fish I will be getting. But I envision a FOWLR with a few soft corals, so do you guys think this fish food will do?

Should I mix up the food or can I just feed them this flake food? I'm not sure if they need to have supplements?

I feed flake daily along with pellets but every other day I feed frozen food like mysis or brine.

Any recommendations on where to purchase the frozen mysis or brine? I have slim pickings for local pet stores....so do you have any online recommendations?

I buy all my frozen food locally but I think Live Aquaria ships frozen foods. I have ordered fish from them and they come very well packed.

You'll like them the store is dedicated to pretty much just fish/livestock. Not a lot of equipment. They have a really nice frag assortment too. Shop is humid as can be though!

nice....how's their pricing??? i'm sure online would be cheaper but if they are competitive I would not mind paying a little extra to get it locally.

i swear by the arcti-pods. even my dwarf cherub angel does back flips when i feed. they especially love the R.O.E. but i only feed that every couple of days as a treat.

recently while looking for a flake food, i read a study done about phosphate levels. Apparently OSI has very low phosphate foods and actually has the amount printed on the side. I bought some and the fish seem to like it.
