fish health

I just recently lost my Singapore angel that I have had for 2 years. It did not have any signs of disease till 2 nights ago when he was breathing rapidly. I noticed about two weeks ago that my red tail trigger has had a coat of olmost dust like coating on him. Also my powder and sailfin tangs eye are cloudy and have a few white speckles. All seem to be eating well. I was thinking of feeding a little more often with a added vitamin supplement. Any suggestions

Could very well be flukes, a FW bath would confirm. Prazi Pro is a good treatment and can be done in the display. Were any fish/lr/inverts added recently without quatantine?

^^^^^^I'd do the above first.^^^^^^
The "dust" suggests velvet; but I think more fish would be dead by now if that were the case. Feeding fish more often isn't going to provide any instant solutions; neither are vitamins. But if your thinking about it, your fish probably do need more feedings; IMO many (even most) fish are underfed and that practice obviously can lead to health problems. Use of a vitamin supplement a few times a week is always a good idea. I do not think that underfeeding has much/anything to do with your problem. Sounds like something undesirable was recently introduced.

Prazi will kill featherdusters and other worms, may see some closing of polyps and RBTA's, otherwise reef safe, I'd first do a FW bath (ph/temp adjusted/ten minutes) to see if flukes fall off, just to ensure it's not velvet.
