Fish ID help

Can anyone ID this guy based off my terrible low light phone pics? He stays under the rocks and seems almost paired up with one of my reef lobsters that I also can't identify.

Hard to tell from the pic but it looks like a batrochoides frogfish

The white circle in the first picture is his left eye.

It looks like some kind of toadfish to me.

Yeah looks like a Batrachoididae.

Sorry about the pics, he only sticks his head out after the lights first go out. I think you guys nailed it with the batrochoides frogfish, that looks exactly like it. Not sure why the previous picked that guy up! I inherited a few interesting things with this tank. Thanks for the help!

They are pretty cool, but they are nocturnal, they will eat other fish and they make this really cool croaking noise when aggitated
