Fish ID

Sorry cannot find a picture now..did before..but cannot locate one now.

I am trying to get details and id a fish i have seen.

It looks just like a Juvinal Empror ..
But main color is RED Not Blue.
Same thin white design figures ( circular) but red in color.
Any ideas?

It may be an Angel?
But dont know..
Hope someone can help with this poorly constructed cry for help.
