Got this fish from a friend to put in my agressive tank. She didn't know what it was...I can't find any info or pics that resemble it n e where..thought I'd give the plethora of knowledge on here a shot..
Description.
Only about 3 inches long right now.
Very cryptic. Only leaves the rocks at night.after lights turn off.
When stressed turns jet black and just the tips of the dorsal fins r bright red. Looks really cool.
The pec fins r about 3/4 inch long and when it perches on the rocks (in a cave) it uses them to hold itself up..
The tail fin is about a perfect circle as it can get...
It is VERY fast when it darts out to grab food and darts back in the rocks.
Barely able to see it when it darts.
I hope I remembered everything I can think to describe it.. any suggestions or questions r much appreciated.
