Hello I realized I had this in the wrong forum, after I had posted it, I tried to repost in vendor experience but I haven't been part of reef central long enough to place another post. I checked there and there was no info. Thanks my bad

I just read the customer service section on their website and I personally wouldn't order from them. Their prices are low ( suspicously low) but they state that the prices aren't guaranteed and all purchases are sold as is. I've never ordered from them but their cust. svc. info seems shady to me. I've ordered from www.bluezooaquatics.com and have always been happy with their livestock and cust. svc. A lot of people have said good things about www.liveaquaria.com as well. HTH.

I have not used them, but if it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is. Too big of a risk to take in my opinion.

Many of their prices are below the wholesale cost that we purchase them for at the LFS I work at. I would agree, this is probably too good to be true.

It could be some sort of transshipping outfit, where they order them direct from the islands, water change them, re-oxgenate the bags and send them to you. Which is a fine way to get live stock for really cheap, but also would be prone to mortality since the fish would be really stressed out. If that's the case I wouldn't order unless you have a quarantine set up.

Furthermore, they have a listing in their coral section for (cultured) LPS corals. That's pretty much unlikely. Sounds like somebody is full of BS.
