Here is a list of fish I plan on adding to my current tank, a 180 gallon, but first here are the ones currently in my tank:

Currently:
Doliatus Rabbitfish
Two True Perculas
Lamark Angelfish

Plan To Add:
3 to 7 Blue/Green Chromis
Royal Gramma
Goby (not sure which kind yet)
Sixline Wrasse
One of the following Tangs: Atlantic Blue Tang, Yellow Tang, Purple Tang, Blonde Naso Tang

How does this list sound to everyone? Any input would be appreciated. Do you guys/girls think this is a big bioload for my size tank or medium load? Thanks in advance.

I'm not crazy about BG chromis groups, in my experience they always end up killing each other off until you end up with a pair. I like the rest of your choices except the naso and would stick to one of the smaller tangs like the purple or yellow for bioload and size reasons. I think this would be a reasonable size bioload for a 180.

What type of anthias are reasonably easy to keep? And what kind of dietary needs do they have? I have thought of keeping anthias but I thought they were a bit challenging? Maybe Im wrong, please keep me informed ;)

Anthias are fish that have specialized requirements. In other words, they are far less "forgiving" of negligence. They should be fed very frewquently (several times a day), and are known for their quarrelsome behavior between the group. Unless you have the means to feed frequently, equipment to clean the water effectively, and a good source to get some healthy fish, I would go with the chromis. While anthias, Like Bartlett's anthias are a hardy anthias, chromis are much more simple, in my mind. Its all oprefernce, though.

I'd get either the purple or yellow tang and skip the anthias. Instead of blue/green chromis you could get a small group of yellow tail damsels which in my experience are relatively peaceful and, if given sufficient room and food, rarely quarrel with each other.

I'd also go with the YT or PT. Skip the naso. Too big. Bartlett anthias are pretty hardy. Couple of feedings a day will suffice. Or, maybe a school of threadfin cardinals? Even with all this, I think you're still at a medium bioload for a 180, depending on your filtration/skimmer/maintenance schedule, etc. JMO.
