Fish Street Reputation

I was looking at ordering a couple Jebao WP-25s from Fish Street. They have a single controller that will control both wave makers at the same time. They don't respond to emails and the broken English on the website tells me that communication may be an issue if troubles arrive with an order. Anyone use these guys and can verify they have a good reputation?? With this new twin controller I don't see a way to indicate that I want the US electrical plug.

I just ordered from them for the first time two days ago. I had a couple questions (I wanted the dual controller and just one powerhead) and emailed them. They responded to me pretty quickly and coherently.

I ordered ~10 wp powerheads from them since last year. They're great IMO. 2 of the ph died, emailed them and they shipped it out in like 12 hours later.

Ordered my WP-25's with the new dual controller and everything showed up. Shipping was quick too. From HK to my door was about 3 days

I was wondering their reputation, I wanted to get a BM-T02 and they seem to be ~ $30 less than other vendors.

I ordered my first WP-25 from Fish Street. It died about 4 months later. I sent them an email explaining the situation, and they sent a replacment pump body for $10 shipping cost which arrived in less than one week. Communication was good and they handled the problem quite well in my opinion.

I think the true test of a company is how they handle problems, and in my case they passed with flying colors.

Reputation depends on who you ask. While they do frequently offer good service they also lack business ethics. One person may be charged a couple bucks freight and another 15 bucks. They openly offer a monetary incentive for people to post positive reviews on message boards, without a care that they are putting that users membership on a message board in jeopardy for shilling for them. They are better than most of the other companies of the same type in their country, and they are trying to adapt to our needs.

Checked out their site. I am also thinking of buying the twin controller but not sure if I need new power supplies or not. I bought both my 40's around two months ago or so.

I got a USPS tracking number late last night and it appears my Dual controller, power adapter, and WP10 powerhead are all shipping from somewhere in New Jersey. So, apparently they do have a warehouse/shipping facility here in the states. The delivery is expected to be delivered Friday. That is a little faster than I expected.

I ordered the two WP10/dual controller combo and it shipped promptly from China with tracking info. It arrived fairly quickly considering. I am still in the process of setting up my tank so I have yet to try them out.

+1 for fish street...ordered a wp25 not too long ago, it got here in three days from New Jersey...no complaints

I tried to place an order with them. It was going to charge me a ridiculous amount in shipping - for each pump separately. I emailed them because it obviously just wasn't right. the reply was in such broken english that I have no idea what they were trying to say.

I still might order from them someday because of the value if they get the shipping nonsense worked out, but it sure didn't give me the warm fuzzies dealing with them.

Buyer beware, purchased a wp25 from fish street that shoots 4" sparks from the control box, and a dct 8000 that arrived new and leaked massive stray voltage into the water. They did not replace the pump they wanted 80$ to replace a brand new defective pump. If you are going to purchase jebao equipment I would suggest using a company that will warranty and support defective gear fish street does not.
