Fish suggestions for a formerish reef

So our attempt to make a used crashing tank setup we bought of craigslist into a reef has officially been an expensive, horrendous failure. We have finally admitted it, and I just want to make the stupid thing into a FOWLR as fish are the whole reason I am in the hobby anyway.

What are some cool FOWLR fish that you would suggest for a 150g (6ft long) with a tunze skimmer and a 40g sump that is mostly a refugium chamber that will get along with the current tank inhabitants?
- a pair of oscellaris clownfish (if I can catch them they will be moved to the 20L in which we just recently lost our wartskin angler and is now empty of fish except for a Chromis that outwitted/outlived the angler)
- big long-nose hawkfish
- a marine betta
- a Kole tang
- a grossly fat green mandarin (that fish has rolls, seriously)
- an indigo hamlet
- a large matted filefish

I have always wanted a dog face puffer... but know nothing about them.
