My 90g freshwater was completely wiped out by the disease several years ago. It was back in the day when the only listed symptoms of fish TB was "spinal curvature". Now we know that spinal curvature is fairly rare with TB, and that popeye, dropsy, lesions, growths, emaciation, etc., are far more common symptoms.
As for you spreading the disease to your aquatic critters, I'd imagine it would be unlikely. But still, thoroughly wash with soap before interacting with your tanks, and wear gloves and cover sores with waterproof bandaids. Heck, maybe even throw on an N95 mask to be safe.
Have you tried laser therapy for the affected areas (I'm assuming the hand)? A holistic approach could be helpful as well. You know, dandelion root and/or milkthistle to detox your liver (yes, those herbs are indeed used to treat advanced liver disease), ginger root tea before every meal (deals with any protozoa or parasites you may be harbouring, as well as improving your circulation and immune system), a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before eating (acidifies your digestive tract to fight yeast), take vitamin D pills daily... Actually, that would be a good course of action.
I know most people don't trust treatments you can get without a prescription from your doctor, but these herbs and whatnot are all used in veterinary medicine and human medicine. I have a number of rescued parrots, and they have an assortment of health issues. These are all treatments I use (and avian vets recommend them), and they do help. The aforementioned "remedies" will help cleanse your entire body, making it easier for your body to recover from the TB.
