I had a lionfish (Pterois volitans) for several years that would literally suck mushrooms off the rock - it was hilarious! Of course, he didn't ingest them, but it kept him happy.

Ironically, when it comes to a list of corals that are safe with most angels, mushrooms are at the top of the list. There are plenty of butterflyfish that would probably eat them, but they would eat your more prized corals as well.
