Fish Wish List

Hey guys,

TANK SIZE = 6.8ftx2.5ftx3ft and roughly 240gal.

I'm currently re-stocking my tank after a power outage crash in which I lost some truly stunning fish (now have full profilux set up with SMS module to avoid that in the future!). Anyway this is what my new fish wish list comprises of. If anyone thinks something is out of line or not suited please let me know.

PS I know the tangs are a risk but they are my faviroute!

1x Royal Gramma (Gramma loreto) In DT
1x Cleaner Wrasse (Labroides dimidiatus) In DT
1x Mystery Wrasse (Pseudocheilinus ocellatus)
5x Dispar Anthias (Pseudanthias dispar)
5x Lyretail Anthias (Pseudanthias squamipinnis)
2x Flame Angels (Centropyge loricula) PAIR
2x True Percula Clownfish (Amphiprion percula) 1x Male which will change to female currently in DT, so will have to find another tiny male
1x Emperor Angel (Pomacanthus imperator)
2x Blue Throat Triggers (Xanthichthys auromarginatus) PAIR
1x Atlantic Blue Tang (Acanthurus Coeruleus)
1x Sohal Tang (Acanthurus Sohal)

By the way that is also order of my addition sequence.

1x Atlantic Blue Tang (Acanthurus Coeruleus)
1x Sohal Tang (Acanthurus Sohal) Having had one that had to be removed, I would never recommend this fish

By the way that is also order of my addition sequence.

Having a 240 gallon myself, I would suggest this is a lot of large fish for that sized tank.

By the way, do you ever go across to Kangaroo Island to dive with the sea dragons? I enjoyed Adelaide when I was there despite the incredible heat.

Watch out for the sohal. I got mine at about 2 in and 8 months later he was about 8 in and rules the tank. Never killed anything but harassed everyone occasionally. Just had a power outage take out my tank and I lost some great fish. 300 gal now has 3 bangaii and one very small perc.
