mantis will kill it within a day or two, it would be like keeping a cat with an adult male pitbull that has never grown up around other animals (the mantis being the pitbull)
i have thought about it too but i dont know what it is about stomatopods and lionfish of any kind...they justy dont get along and it ends up being a pretty pricey snack for a mantis
