Fish with wound.. What is it?

So my fish has developed this really wierd little spot on his head where it looks like the scales have been rubbed off. He looked fine at the LFS and it didn't start until a couple of days ago but it looks like it has been getting worse. What should I do? I need to mention that my chromis did cooperate very nicely when taking the shot. Props go to him... err or her.

Please check the disease section. There is a post there where the other poster had almost the identical problem as you, I think (hard to tell for sure without really sharp photos like his, but yours is probably also a secondary bacterial skin infection after injury or some damage to that area); he also has chromis in the title. Pretty much spelt it out over there in some detail, and would recommend the same for you (QT/hospital tank, antibiotic treatment if that progresses).
