"Fishing" at the State Fair

I posted these in the lounge but not everyone is depraved enough to venture there...

I haven't been to the fair in years, completely by choice. For many years Mrs. Beer had to play out there. It was a huge hassle, the money was terrible and the management was a PITA. A friend gave us some free passes and Mrs. Beer and Beer Jr. whined me into going Saturday.

We honestly did have fun wandering around and I had the pleasure of buying a couple of $12 beers. I'm actually surprised that the ACLU hasn't gotten involved because poor people just can't afford to get drunk at the fair anymore.....but I digress.

I took my camera but didn't want to stand out too much so I left the big guns at home and just brought my fisheye.

I really like the first one of the ferris wheel looking ride, that is a great shot. Great colors, really sharp.

The last one of the bull / cow absolutely kills me... I swear he/she's saying if my other horn wasn't hooked up in this darn fence, i'd be giving you a real close up about now "camera boy"...

I have to admit that shot 2 is my favorite...

I find this statement a bit 'ironical'. I understand it but find it funny too.
