Five Bar/ Six Line conflict - What to do?

I (regrettably ) added a Five Bar Mystery wrasse last Friday to my 90 reef. . I already had a Six Line in the tank, and have never seen him bother any other tank mates, whether larger or smaller. I kind of figured I lucked out with one of the "friendly" SL's you hear about from time to time. I was wrong.
The Six Line, who is maybe half the size, has terrorized the Five Bar to the point where he hides under a hairy mushroom 24/7. Never out, never eats. He is showing signs of declining health.
Would rearranging the rockwork help to alleviate the problem, like it can with tang conflicts? Or is the only solution removing one of the fish. (Which, of course, would mean removing pretty much everything in the tank).
Don't want to lose the fish. Any experiences would be appreciated.

One will end up dead. I made the same mistake before and the fighting never stopped. Is there any way you can make a barrier in the tank to separate the two?

hope you work something out, i had to remove almost all the rock and corals in my 125 to get mine out for that same reason chased everything around all the time.

I'm afraid that is what I am going to have to do. Now worried about upsetting all the soft corals in the tank and losing sps's.
Hope the fish can hang in there for another day or so until I have time to do it. I'm sure it'll be a 4-5 hour job when everything is said and done.

I'm afraid, even if the five bar makes it through till then, he will be "programmed" to think the six-line is still (somewhere) in the tank, and will continue to hide. What's your opinion?

get him out. i was at petclub the other day and saw a larger algae blenny violently chasing the smaller algae blenny who ran the length of the 40g tank to hide behind the powerhead in the top corner. the next day i came by and saw the smaller blenny lying lifeless on it's side.

i would use the 2L soda bottle method but cut out a section so it's not too big. also place the hairy mushroom in it so when the 5 Line goes to hide behind the mushroom he'd be in the bottle.
