Having an odd thing happen in my 75 and think it's due to adding a G3 skimmer to the sump, but quarter sized flakes of hard, calcium-rich algae are peeling off the back wall and floating around the tank. Anybody run into this?
no, it's right up there... I'm dosing daily... after I added the skimmer all the algae I had disappeared (why I bought it) but this is strange... Just to be safe I'm going to my LFS to have them back up my tests on the h2o... Ca/Alk --Good suggestion to check that.
