Flame Angel Acting Crazy !!!

I have a flame angel in quarantine and has been in there for about a week. He just started acting funny today he lays straight up and stops moving for several minutes. He will then go nuts by going to the top and bobbing his head up and down. He is not acting normal. Any ideas? Here is a pic.. Water parameters are in check..
