flame angel is being a little jerk

So, i finally have sps in my tank and my flame angel has been dining on their polyps!

anyone want a flame angel for 35 bucks? (about 2 inches maybe 2.5)any ideas how to catch him?

also have a foxface rabbitfish, looking to sell for about 25? (about 4-5 inches)

Yeah ... sometimes flame angels can be real jerks. I guess that's what I hate most about them. ~

At one time I had to remove a flame angel and coral beauty for the same reasons. I used a fish trap and got them both out in short order.

Really?...do you happen to know of an LFS that carries them? I wonder how many of the other fish I would catch before I actually got the Flame angel?

Tony, I used to have a trap around here for peopelk to borrow.. Ill see what I can find. Otherwise there is a glass beaker that works pretty well too. Flame angels are one of my favorite fish, but I have been recommending against them going into a reef for as long as I can remember.. Sometimes a flame will remain peacefull for years, then all of a sudden start picking at corals. Ive seen it happen too many times for me to consider them to be "safe"

yeah, i was hoping to get lucky....i was thinking of maybe stopping at the "mad scientist" shop in geneva that you were talking about for a glass beaker (why is it every time i see/hear the word "beaker" i think of that muppet from the muppet show lol

the crazy thing about this guy is as soon as the sps started coming in, he started nipping the polyps....man it p!sses me off watching him do it! lol....as you say rod...."FISH SUCK" !!!
